We are happy to help troubleshoot the issue and if the item is defective, we can have a replacement sent or issue a refund. Please note that all product issues must be reported within the first 7 days from delivery.
Please be careful when trying out the products, your right of return is only valid if the products are new, and in the condition which they were acquired, unused and unaltered.
Do not open the product package if you received the wrong product: If the product is opened or the seal is broken, we are UNABLE TO ACCEPT the return. Why: Adult products are a specialty commodity used in and for the intimate parts of our body, and because of that reason they have to have a hygiene seal and always be untouched. Once opened, the hygiene seal is invalidated and the product can no longer be sold to a new user. We cannot accept a return if the product package is opened or tampered with or the hygiene seal is altered. For health and hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return Lingerie and all type of under garments, hosiery and leggings. There are NO exceptions offered to this CONDITION.
On the case of electronic devices, check/switch the batteries. Batteries are consumable, as for, we will not be held responsible for the product non-function, due to batteries discharge.
Dead on Arrival: If the product you received is unfortunately not working, defective or dead on arrival, you have to notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Preserve everything you got in the order, the box, the product packaging, any accessories as is. All these may be needed to be captured in a video to file a claim with our vendors/manufacturers. Continue with the process of filling the Return Request below.
PS: In case at time of delivery, the order package or the box appears to be tampered or mishandled, WAIT. Make sure to RECORD A VIDEO OF THE UNBOXING of of that tampered courier box, to show label, the box and contents inside it. This videos are also required by our courier partners to support returns or exchange claims as an evidence and to eliminate any courier mischief, mishandling or tampering.
Procedure on the Process in case of Return of Defective Products
To return a product you can email us. We will notify you via email which of the two methods below will be used to return your product.
Process 1: You must wait for or our email either shipment or pick up approval. After return is authorized for pick up approval, you shall wait for a pickup. Once the item(s) reaches our premises, specialized staff will see what is wrong.
We will support the shipping costs, only when the goods are defective. Otherwise, we will not be held responsible for reshipping the product. If we had proceeded to a pickup and after further analysis, there is no defect, we will charge for the pickup.
Process 2: You must wait for or our email either shipment or pick up approval. After return is authorized for shipment approval, We will provide all the instructions including shipment details via email. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for return postage after shipment approval. Return shipment is at your expense. Also, we do not refund original shipping and handling charges.
Restocking Fees: Due to the specialized nature of the product, all acceptable return requests Within/Over 24 Hours but order HAS SHIPPED will attract 25% restocking fees. All return requests matching defective, wrong product or damaged product condition will attract 25% restocking fees. These fees pays towards two way shipping costs, payment gateway charges that do not get refunded back to us, and the administrative costs of managing this returns process.
If we get the cancellation request within 24 hours of your order confirmation and if the order is not yet shipped, we should be able to cancel the order and process the refund with zero restocking fees.
